12章 ダビデの悔い改め
1．神の前に立つダビデ
ナタンは、ダビデの罪を指摘し、悔い改めを促しました。ナタンは、初めからダビデにとてつもない罪を犯したという言い方はせず、配慮を示しているように見えます。しかしこれは、当時の裁判ではよく使われた方法で、まず判例を述べて本題に入るというものがあったようです。ダビデは、この方法で即座に罪を認めざるを得ない状況に陥りました。ダビデは告白しました「私は主の前に罪ある者です」と。裁判は決しました。
昨日も述べましたが、この挿入された物語の意図は、神のダビデに対するお取り扱いを語ることにあります。神の民の中にすら人を落胆させるような醜い横暴や不正が蔓延ることがあります。人が信仰を捨てたくなるのはそのような時でしょう。しかし、それは神が悪いのではなく、聖書が嘘偽りだというのでもありません。人間の罪の問題です。神は真実です。ですから、13節以降、神は、ダビデにあわれみを示しますが、神の律法が守られるべきことを明らかにされるのです。神は、決して正義を曲げることはないし、踏みにじられた人を、その痛みの中に放っておくような方ではありません。神が真実であるからこそ、人には希望があります。また、学校に卒業はあっても、信仰に卒業はないのです。
2．神に願うダビデ
ウリヤの妻が産んだ子どもは、ダビデの悔い改めと祈りにもかかわらず、神に打たれて病気になりました。ダビデは、もしかすると「主が私をあわれんでくださり、あの子が生きるかもしれない」と期待し、神に執拗に寄り縋りましたが、神の正義はそれを許さなかったのです。腐りきった神の共同体に、正しい神は生きておられることが示されなくてはならなかったのです。
彼は、こうして彼自身の犯したことが、人間としてまったく正しいものではなかった、ということを認めざるをえなかったのです。そのようにして彼は、自分の犯した過ちにけじめをつけていくことになります。確かに人間が罪過ちを犯すことは避けられません。人間はそのようなものです。しかし聖書が教える本当の人間らしさは、そこで「私は罪を犯しました」と自分の罪を、そして主の正しさと神の律法の不変さを認めていくことです。そして変わりがたき罪の性質が変えられように望むことでしょう。人間は罪人なのだ、どうしようもないのだ、以上、というのではありません。
ダビデはこの時、詩篇32篇を書いています。「私は言いました。「私の背きを主に告白しよう」と。すると、あなたは私の罪のとがめを赦してくださいました」罪を犯した後の罪責感から解放され、神との交わりを回復した恵みをダビデは謡っています。罪を犯したことをうやむやにせず、また罪を犯したと落ち込んで、自分の人生を投げ出すのでもなく、そこで本当に神のお取り扱いを受けることです。ダビデは、詩篇51篇を書き、祈っています。「私の咎を、私からすっかり洗い去り」（詩篇51:2）私の心を漂白してくださいと祈っています。「私の罪から、私をきよめてください」（51:2）皮膚病が癒されるように、荒れすさんで痛んだ心を新しくしてくださいというわけです。「私の咎をすべてぬぐい去ってください」（51:9）」。罪を帳消しにしてくださいと言います。
罪赦されるのみならず、得難い神の聖さに与ることを求める、それが、神から生れ出た人間に相応しいことなのでしょう。
私たちの心が新しくされるために神の力を祈り求める。日々一瞬一瞬。これがダビデが戻ってきたところでした。
確かに世間では失敗をすれば、名誉挽回をするのは難しいことがあります。後ろ指を指し、新しい歩みを妨げる無慈悲な者も起こるでしょう。神は人を赦しても、社会はそう易々とは人を赦さないものです。そして罪を犯した人自身も、なかなか自分自身を赦すことができないものでしょう。その人は自分の弱さに、打ちのめされ続けるのです。しかし、神が正しいとしたものを、いつまでも曲げることはできません。人は人生をやり直す権利を持つのです。そのために聖書が人間のすべきこととして教えていることは、自分の力で自分の人生を回復させることではありません。続けて神のあわれみと力を求めることです。主が真実で正しい方であることを認めて、その正義が、自分のこれからにもなされることを求めることなのです。
3．アンモン人との戦いの結末
ダビデの悔い改めを祝福するかのように、アンモン人との戦いの結末が記録されます。11章、12章は、ワンセットになっているストーリーです。この戦いは、ダビデにとっては苦しい戦いになるはずでした。しかし神は悔い改めたダビデに勝利を与えてくださいました。またアンモンの王権をダビデに授けました。こんな男に、どうしてこんな結末を、と思わされるところでもあります。ウリヤにしてもウリヤの妻にしても呪うべき結末です。しかし、人間は100％正しいわけでもなく、100％悪人でもありません。この私もそうなのです。そして神は、自分の弱さにも同じようにあわれみの深さを示してくださると、理解すべきところではないでしょうか。自分の弱さをはっきり認め、主に告白し、神に支えられる歩みをさせていただきましょう。では今日もよき一日となるように祈ります。

As I said yesterday, the intent of this inserted story is to tell God’s treatment of David. Ugly domineering and injustice can be widespread, even in God’s people, to discourage people. That’s when people want to give up their faith. But that is not to say that God is bad, nor is the Bible a lie. It’s a matter of human sin. God is true. Therefore, after verse thirteen, God shows mercy to David, but reveals that God’s law should be kept. God never bends justice and is not the one who leaves the trampled man in his pain. People have hope because God is true. Also, even though there is a graduation from school, there is no graduation from faith.
1．David praying to God
The child born by Uriah’s wife was struck by God and became ill despite David’s repentance and prayer. David relentlessly leaned on God, hoping that the Lord might have mercy on me and that child might live, but God’s justice did not allow it. The rotten community of God had to be shown that the right God was alive.
He had to admit that what he had committed in this way was not entirely correct as a human being. In that way, he will be guilty of his mistakes. Certainly, it is inevitable that humans will make mistakes. Humans are like that. But the true humanity that the Bible teaches is to acknowledge your sins, “I have sinned,” and the rightness of the Lord and the immutability of God’s law. And you will want to change the nature of unchanging sin. Humans are sinners, there is nothing we can do about it, and that’s not all.
David was writing Psalm 32 at this time. “I said, “I will confess my transgressions to the Lord” and you forgave the guilt of my sin. (Ver. 5)” David sings the grace of being freed from the guilt of sin and regaining fellowship with God. Instead of being reluctant to sin and being depressed to sin and throwing out your life, you really receive God’s treatment there. David wrote and prayed for his Psalm 51. He prays, “Wash away all my iniquity（51:2）” it means to bleach my heart. “Cleanse me from my sin” (51: 2) So that the skin disease can be healed. “blot out all my iniquity” (51:9). ” It means may God cancel out our sins. Not only being forgiven, but also seeking to contribute to the indescribable holiness of God, that would be appropriate for a human being born of God. We pray for the power of God to renew our hearts. Every moment every day. This was where David was back.
Certainly, if you make a mistake in the world, it can be difficult to recover your honor. Some ruthless people will point to their backs and hinder their new steps. Even if God forgives people, society does not forgive people so easily. And the person who sins himself will not be able to forgive himself. The person continues to be overwhelmed by his weaknesses. But what God has justified cannot be bent forever. One has the right to start over. To that end, what the Bible teaches as a human being is not to restore his life on his own. It is to continue to seek the mercy and power of God. Acknowledging that the Lord is true and righteous, and seeking that justice to be done in the future.
2. The end of the battle with the Ammonites
The end of the battle with the Ammonites is recorded as if to celebrate David’s repentance. Chapters 11 and 12 are one set of stories. This battle was supposed to be a tough one for David. But God has given victory to the repentant David. He also bestowed the kingship of Ammon on David. There is also a place where such a man wonders why he has such an ending. Whether it’s Uriah or Uriah’s wife, it’s a cursed ending. But humans are neither 100% right nor 100% bad guys. This is also the case with me. And shouldn’t it be understood that God shows the same depth of mercy to my weaknesses? Recognize our weaknesses, confess to the Lord, and take steps that are supported by God.
