人生💯倍の回復😊【聖書】ヨブ記13章　諦めるな

弱肉強食の社会の現実、そして、弱者の側に立つはずの神が何もせずに、その状況を許される矛盾。神は破壊者ではないだろうか！本章全体を通じてヨブが語ることは、社会の矛盾に悩む者の心を代弁するものでしょう。

1．あなたがたは神の代弁者のつもりなのか（13:1-12）

　私はあなた方に劣ってはいないし（2節）、そもそも本当に神はそんなことを言っているのか（7節）。あなたがたはやぶ医者だ（4節）。ヨブのことばは実に激しいものです。ただ、そのようなことばを吐くヨブの気持ちもわからないわけではありません。友人たちは、まことしやかに人生の法則を語りますが、彼らは、ヨブが何か罪を犯していると決めつけ、少しも、ヨブの現実を理解しようとはしないのです。そして彼らは神の代弁者を気取りますが、実際には神の権威を借りて言い争うだけです（8節）。事の詳細も知らず、調べようともせずに、物事を決めつけて断罪してくるのです。ヨブは言います。神があなたがたのそのような現状を調べられて、あなたがたは心咎められないのか（9節）。そして後で、自分の事の進め方のまずさを感じると、その不手際を隠し通そうと、ともかく力づくで有罪に持ち込もうとする。だが、そのようなことを神が黙っているはずがない（10節）。神は正しいお方で、あなた方の欺きを、決して見過ごすことはないだろう、と。確かにこのような短絡的な議論、そしてその議論による不幸は、人間社会にはありがちなものです。

2．何が悪いのか、教えてくれ（8:13-28）

こうしてヨブは友人たちとの実りのない議論を終わらせ、神に心を向けていきます。もうこうなったら、何が起ころうとかまわない（13節）。もはや残されていないいのちだ、ならばそのいのちをかけて、神の前に立とうではないか（14節）。ただ論争相手は、万物の主権者であり、全能の神です。ヨブは腹を決めたというわけです（15節）。他方、もし、誰か説得力のある反証によって、自分の非を認めさせる者があるなら、その時は潔く諦めよう、と（19節）。実に、爽快な態度です。不信仰な者が、このように命がけで神に向かうことはないでしょう。信仰あればこその対話です。いわれもない濡れ衣を着せられたなら、このように神ににじり寄って訴えることです。

3．では、神様、お聞きください。

20節以降、ヨブの神への体当たりの直談判が始まります。そしてまず議論開始の前に、二つのことをお願いしています（20節）。まず、神の御手を遠ざけること、つまりこの災いを遠ざけることでしょう（21節）、そして私が語り、あなたが語る、普通に理性的に語る場を設けて欲しい、ということです（22節）。

そこでヨブが語り始めます。そしてヨブは初めて、自分がもしかして罪を犯したかもしれないその可能性を問うのです。そして気が付かないものがあるのなら気づかせてください、と。また、なぜ不条理を許し、不条理をもたらす者たちと共に、神が私の敵になってしまうのか、教えて欲しい、と言います。そして、この苦難が「若い時の咎」、つまり、ユダヤでは神の戒めを守り、宗教的、社会的責任を持つようになる13歳以前の若い頃の責任であるなら、それは厳しいことだと告白するのです（26節）。あなたは、私を奴隷のように扱い、一瞬たりとも監視の目を離さず、私の足の裏に、債務のある奴隷である印を入れ墨されたのです（27節）。そのように腐った物のような落ちぶれた人間、虫が食ってボロボロになって捨て去られるだけの私を、なぜ、追いかけられるのでしょうか（28節）と。

人生の不条理さに対する問いには深いものがあります。しかし、その問いをヨブがするように、神に真摯に問いかけてみたいところではないでしょうか。人生諦めてはならないのです。では今日もよき一日となるように祈ります。

Job 13: Job’s Answer to Zophar’s First Argument (Part 2)

The reality of a society of the weak and the strong. And the contradiction that God, who is supposed to stand on the side of the weak, does nothing and allows the situation to continue. Is not God the destroyer! What Job says throughout this chapter will speak for the hearts of those who are troubled by the contradictions of society.

1. you think you speak for God (13:1-12)

　I am not inferior to you (v. 2), and does God really say that in the first place (v. 7)? You are quacks (v. 4). Job’s words are indeed fierce. But it is not difficult to understand Job’s feelings when he speaks out in such a manner. His friends talk about the laws of life, but they assume that Job is guilty of something and refuse to understand his reality. And they pretend to speak for God, but in reality they only argue on God’s authority (v. 8). They assume and condemn without knowing the details of the matter or even trying to find out what is going on. Job says Will not God examine your present condition and condemn you (v. 9)? And later, when they feel that they have done something wrong, they try to conceal their inadequacies and, in any case, try to bring about a conviction by force. But God will not keep quiet about such things (v. 10). God is righteous and will never overlook your deceptions. Indeed, such short-sighted arguments, and the misery caused by them, are common in human society.

2. tell me what is wrong with you (8:13-28)

Thus Job ends his fruitless argument with his friends and turns his heart to God. I don’t care what happens now (v. 13). There is no more life left, then let us stand before God with our life (v. 14). The only opponent is the Sovereign God of all things, the Almighty God. So Job is determined (v. 15). On the other hand, if anyone can make him admit his fault by convincing rebuttal, then he will give up gracefully (v. 19). Indeed, this is a refreshing attitude. No unbeliever would ever risk his life to go to God in this way. It is a dialogue that can only take place if one has faith. If you have been falsely accused of something, you should come to God like this and appeal to Him.

3. Then, God, listen to me.

From verse 20 onward, Job’s direct appeal to God begins. And first, before he begins his argument, he asks two things (v. 20). First, he asks that God’s hand be kept away, which would be to keep this plague away (v. 21), and he asks for a normal, rational place for me to speak and for you to speak (v. 22).

So Job begins to speak. And for the first time, Job asks about that possibility that he may have sinned. And if there is something he is unaware of, he asks to be made aware of it. He also asks God to tell him why He allows absurdity and becomes an enemy along with those who bring it. He then confesses that if this affliction is “the iniquity of youth,” that is, the responsibility of youth before the age of 13, when in Judea one begins to keep God’s commandments and have religious and social responsibilities, then it is severe (v. 26). You have treated me like a slave, not taking your watchful eye off me for even a moment, and you have tattooed on the soles of my feet the mark of being a debt-slave (v. 27). Why do you pursue me, a fallen human being like such a rotten thing, only to be eaten by worms and thrown away in tatters (v. 28)?

The question about the absurdity of life is a profound one. But we should want to ask that question to God as sincerely as Job does. We must not give up on life. I pray that today will be another good day.
